What is the Glendora Station Area Plan?
The City is creating a Station Area Vision Plan to guide transit-oriented development around the future Glendora Metro Station. The Plan will identify a vision for how to accommodate housing around the station and policies to implement the vision. We look forward to your input at the community open house and study session.
The Study Area
The Glendora Station Area Plan study area is focused a half mile radius around the future Glendora station. When thinking about potential transit oriented development within the half mile radius, the study area was refined to exclude areas that are not likely to change, including existing low density residential uses and recent development projects. The refined study area also took into consideration 2021-2029 Glendora Housing Elements Sites.
